Shipping Policy – Purely Christmas

As an opening special in 2020 Purely Christmas is offering Free Shipping on all orders over $75. (Excluding orders that require a courier due to weight or size limitations imposed by Australia Post.)

Orders with a total cost under $75 will have a $9.95 fixed shipping charge Australia wide

We only ship within Australia and we do not ship to PO Boxes.

During September, 2020 we will be dispatching orders on Monday and Thursdays. 

In October, November and December it will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.

You will receive an update by email once your order has been as shipped.  You will be given a Tracking ID so you can keep track of where you delivery is.

We use Australia Post for shipping of most orders. We are located in Victoria.

We are now offering click and collect from our storage facility in Canterbury, Victoria. This option is available by appointment. If you select Click and Collect at the checkout, please contact us on 0435 366 653 to make your collection booking.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the shipping times are longer than usual due to the volume of parcels that are being shipped. So please allow for that when ordering.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sending to same state (VIC)

  • Metro – up to 2 business days
  • Country – up to 5 business days

Sending interstate (NSW,QLD,TAS,SA,NT,WA, ACT)

  • Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
  • Country – 8- 10 days, however in some cases may be longer.

We cannot guarantee shipping times, however we will do our best to keep you updated with shipping times and tracking.

All parcels come with basic tracking. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.  When tracking your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be lodged with Australia Post or the courier service.

Due to Covid 19 the signature on delivery is not longer required as it is contactless delivery.

You will need to be home to sign for delivery or a card will be left for you and you will need to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Most orders will be delivered via Australia Post, if your order falls outside Australia Post weight and size limits your order will be sent via Courier.

Please enter your shipping address correctly on the website as once it has been received, and your order has been dispatched we are unable to alter the address, and you will be charged the applicable postage rate to resend.

When we are packing and sending, extra care is taken to wrap and protect your items, however in rare instances breakages may happen through the course of postage. In the event of a breakage or damage to your order, please review our returns policy.

When items have been marked as shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If at any time you have selected Authority to Leave (ATL) Purely Christmas holds no responsibility should your order be lost. Providing ATL means you have authorised Australia Post/Courier to leave the parcel without signature.
